Asaduddin Owaisi, President of All India
Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen and member of AIMPLB said that the divorced Muslim
women can use Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act of 1986 or
Section 125 of CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure), order for maintenance of
wives, and Section 128 of CrPc, for recovery of maintenance.
