WOMAN WILL GET ALIMONY IF SHE WAS LIVING SEPARATELY FROM HER HUSBAND AS A DIVORCEE WOMAN: SUPREME COURT

The Supreme Court said that a woman, who was estranged from her husband and living in a way that a divorcee woman lives then that woman will get alimony from her husband, and rejected the verdict of Patna High Court which stated that woman, who was living separately without divorce would not get alimony.
