The
Delhi high court has come to the rescue of a man who had to face a criminal
case in which his wife had falsely accused him of dowry harassment, and complaint
adultery to his superiors and finally stopped living with him from March 4,
2006, and High Court upheld trial court judgment and ended his agony on the
ground of mental cruelty.
