A FAMILY COURT IN RAJASTHAN SAID LACK OF TOILET IS CRUELTY AND GRANTED DIVORCE

A family court in Rajasthan’s Bhilawara district granted divorce to a woman as her husband not constructed a toilet at home and ruled that having no toilet at home amounted to ‘cruelty’ against wife.
