Iqbal Agwan from kurla had divorced his wife Sumaiya Abdul Sattar Mearpra with
the practice of triple talaq (divorce) and now wanted to remarry her. But the
woman refused to go back to him as she has to undergo the process of nikah
halala (marriage with another man and then that new husband dies or divorces
her) before she remarries him.
