The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court took an eight-year-old boy wishes into account and denied his Delhi-based mother permission to take him to the United Kingdom (UK). His city-based father got custody. The court noted that he was averse to loneliness in the UK and it wouldn’t be good for him if he was to remain abroad. The Court said that the child is intelligent, bold and firm in his decision to stay in the social atmosphere of his father’s family. He is comfortable with the city school’s education.
