The Hyderabad High Court directed the DGPs of both Andhra
Pradesh and Telangana states to issue standard orders stating that no FIR is
filed against love marriages if both boy and girl majors or unless until it is
confirmed that the marriage took place under pressure, threat, intoxication, cruelty
or under influence.
