A Ramalingeswar Rao, Justice of the Hyderabad High Court has
issued notices to the Centre, state of Telangana and others to state their
stand on a petition that challenged the inaction of authorities when two
non-resident Indian (NRI) men living in the US divorced their wives by
pronouncing talaq (divorce) thrice through WhatsApp message.
