The Supreme Court sought the Centre’s response on a petition
filed by Child Rights Foundation (CRF) seeking a "joint parenting
plan" to reduce the trauma faced by children of divorced couples. The
Court issued notice to the Ministry of Law and Justice on the PIL filed by NGO
'Child Rights Foundation', seeking setting up of a committee to formulation and
implementation of the 'Parenting Plan', prepared by the petitioner
organisation.
