The Delhi High Court has asked
an NRI woman to return to the US with her minor daughter and a toddler,
refusing to interfere in child custody battle with her estranged husband, and dismissed an appeal
filed by her seeking to invoke High Court's jurisdiction to contest child
custody, saying that only the US court can decide her plea.
