Procedure For Mutual Consent Divorce
Legal dissolution of a marriage by the Honble Court is known as Divorce.The duration/time for obtaining mutual consent divorce is six months. However the Honble Supreme Court of India, has waved the six months period in CIVIL APPEAL No. 4490 OF 2016 (in some exceptional cases) in Mutual Consent Divorce.
The spouses who desires to obtain divorce through Mutual Consent, should talk to each other about the future course of action

Old age home bosses held for rape of minor
Directors of Akhaya Old Age Home G.Manik Rao and A.Srinivas Reddy was arrested by L.B.Nagar Police for raping a minor girl in old age home. The victim claimed that she was abused since May, 2016. She was working at the home for the past one year.
